By collecting data and using AI to analyze traffic flow information at intersections, the system accurately estimates traffic density to adjust signals in real-time, reducing wait times for road users. Additionally, it effectively monitors pedestrian and vehicle interactions through positioning technology, lowering the risk of accidents and improving intersection safety.
In response to the SDGs 9, 11, and 13, the system promotes sustainable urban transport and reduces carbon footprints. It is estimated to lower road carbon emissions by 10-15% and reduce energy consumption caused by idling vehicles. The modular design of the signal system is also expected to decrease labor and equipment costs by 40-45%.
