In Taiwan, pineapple production yields 480,000 tons annually, yet it also generates 700,000 tons of pineapple leaf agricultural waste. Traditional incineration of pineapple leaves results in 0.8 tons of carbon emissions per ton burned, while composting, although seemingly environmentally friendly, significantly reduces agricultural efficiency due to a six-month decomposition period. We've developed a technology that sterilizes, pulverizes, dries, and deconstructs pineapple leaves for pure extraction, This process recycles over 97% of waste residue, replacing traditional incineration methods and reducing carbon emissions by 85%. increasing phenolic acid activity by 50% and tripling the active ingredients. The extract also boasts anti-aging properties, such as collagen secretion. Our product features high polyphenol content, natural ingredients, and three advantages. It meets the needs of sensitive skin and high activity skincare, establishing an environmentally sustainable, high-value green production system, transforming agricultural waste into green gold.
