This system combines LSTM prediction models with AI technology, utilizing traffic data and various features to effectively forecast traffic conditions for the next 30 minutes. This capability not only enhances traffic efficiency but also promotes economic growth, improves environmental quality, enhances social welfare, and contributes to the sustainable development of cities.

National Center for High-performance Computing (NCHC), founded in 1991, is committed to strengthening national high-performance computing (HPC) technology, providing world-class supercomputing and academic research network infrastructure, and laying foundation for the development of technology in Taiwan. NCHC, in the spirit of "driving transformation for a better future with HPC", is dedicated to promoting HPC technology and applications development, leading digital transformation in industries and smart living. As the national laboratory to own the only shared large-scale computing platform and academic research network facility in Taiwan, NCHC plans and executes research in leading HPC technology and applications. It provides professional technical know-how and platform services to academia, research institutes, industry, and government agencies to progress scientific discovery and digital R&D innovation. It has cultivated countless talents in HPC in various fields. With the emergence of applications such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and digital twins, the demand for and the importance of HPC are increasing by the day. NCHC will continue to build a new generation of HPC platforms, create robust academic research networks, conduct research on information security and data encryption, and develop advanced HPC methods, quantum computing, and big data analysis. It will also actively participate in international collaboration and exchanges on HPC and networks to create a smarter, more sustainable, and better future.
