Immersive Water Cooling

Back

As demand for cooling in modern data centers continues to rise, there is a growing need for next-generation technologies beyond conventional Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC). While current DLC systems require increasingly complex structures to achieve adequate thermal performance, our proprietary immersion cooling technology offers a more efficient and simplified solution. By enabling data centers to achieve a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) as low as 1.05, our system not only delivers superior energy efficiency but also reduces equipment footprint. This contributes significantly to lowering both the initial capital expenditures and ongoing operational costs, offering a compelling value proposition for next-generation data center infrastructure.

ZYRQ Co., Ltd

ZYRQ has been conducting research and development as a pioneer of immersion cooling technology in Japan since 2014, and in 2023 began research and development of a new cooling method to replace conventional immersion cooling technology. As a result of repeated basic experiments with over 400 trials, they have established a completely new "water immersion" cooling method that uses ordinary "water" such as tap water as the main refrigerant, rather than special water such as ultrapure water or pure water, which was previously thought to be impossible, and which offers extremely powerful cooling performance compared to any existing cooling method, at a low cost and with a minimal configuration.
