This technology uses supercritical fluid-assisted extrusion to control foaming porosity (10–30%), reducing signal loss. A dual-core co-extrusion ensures stability and consistency. HDPE replaces PTFE to cut costs while maintaining performance. The unique shielding and grounding design reduces Suckout and enhances signal stability, supporting PCIe 4.0/5.0, USB4, and HDMI 2.1 for localized, high-speed cable production.
