Application of nano-scale essential oil microbubble composite coating for extending the shelf life of fruits and vegetables

Our team developed two fruit and vegetable treatments: microbubble technology for removing pests and impurities, and nano-essential oil coating to reduce water loss and delay decay. Integrating both, we built a composite system that cleans and preserves in one process, enhancing postharvest efficiency, extending shelf life during storage and transport, and improving export quality and competitiveness.
