Development and Integration of MEMS Enviroment Sensors towards Smart and More-than-Moore Era
In this project, the proposed technologies of Environment Sensing Hub includes:
(1) Air Sensing Hub:integrate CMOS H/T/P sensors, piezoelectric PM2.5 sensor, and wireless multiplexing module through System-in-Package (SiP) and System-on-Chip (SoC) configurations
(2) Water Sensing Hub:heavy metal ion sensor (system integration, formed startup company)
(3) Smart Spectra meter:SoC spectrometer (systems integration, formed startup company)
