The technology focuses on the sustainable recycling of resources. The development direction of this technology combines a focus on a younger market with a functional product orientation, simultaneously enhancing the product value of domestically produced agricultural crops in Taiwan. We choose asparagus byproducts and utilize fine processing techniques for production, combined with specific extraction conditions, to obtain plant-based protein. We mix the plant-based protein obtained from asparagus byproducts with an appropriate amount of pineapple byproducts to develop a product with pineapple flavor and texture. This product is designed for both the younger generation and the elderly, providing a high-protein solution for muscle development. Moreover, it stands out as a rare vegan protein supplement in the current market.
