2025 Sustainability | Biotechnology & Medical care<Bacillus amyloliquefaciens> T33SR2 developed by TARI has the ability to decompose chitin, cellulose, collagen, dissolve phosphorus, and produce IAA, bacillibactin, iturin A, difficidin and surfactin. These secondary metabolites can help T33SR2 to colonize the rhizosphere and induce systemic resistance in plants. The roots of green onion seedlings were coating with the fermentation broth of T33SR2 diluted 20 times with diatomaceous earth, which increased the tiller numbers by 22.2% and the yield by 20.6%. These results demonstrate the potential of T33SR2 for development as a biofertilizer.

It reduces diagnosis time to under 3 minutes and, with full automation, integrates into health checkups or clinical systems to expand screening capacity. DeepBrain-Cognito, also imaging AI software, uses one MRI to assess brain atrophy and age, and to predict 1–2 year cognitive decline risk, enabling early dementia detection and supporting preventive medicine. Industrial Applications: DeepLung-CAC100 and DeepBrain-Cognito are based on low-dose chest CT and brain MRI, providing “one-scan, three-screen” and brain health analysis. They rapidly assess lung nodules, coronary calcium, osteoporosis risk, as well as brain atrophy and future cognitive decline. Both technologies address radiologist shortages and the rapid growth of imaging data. They are applicable to health check centers, public screening programs, corporate wellness, and remote health management, and can be quickly integrated into hospital systems to strengthen diagnostic decision support and advance digital transformation and smart healthcare.
