Smart Sensing Technology for the Cleanliness of Chemical Plating Solutions

The main carbon emission in ABF substrate process comes from electroplating. Poor bath cleanliness causes nodules and scrap. Most particle counters are imported, lacking sensitivity and resistance to interference. This technology provides high-sensitivity, continuous monitoring to detect bath anomalies early. Algorithms with optical absorption and size compensation reduce interference and improve accuracy. Deployed in leading ABF lines, reducing 2,040 tons carbon yearly and 76,500 tons by 2030.
