This technology establishes an Integrated Automated Processing Model for Vanilla Pod Post-Harvest Curing, consolidating critical post-harvest stages—including washing,killing, Sweating, and drying—into a streamlined system. By integrating automated machinery, the system addresses the pressing need for large-scale processing driven by the rapid growth of domestic vanilla cultivation area and yield.Compared to traditional manual methods, this technology increases overall processing capacity by 5 to 10 times, processing over 1 metric ton of raw vanilla pods daily while ensuring exceptional product quality, consistency, and stability. Overall, this turnkey solution significantly shortens curing cycles, reduces labor dependency, and guarantees high-quality vanilla aroma.
