Enabling Talents Cultivation Program for Delaying Aging and Reducing Disability in Post-acute Care of the Elderly
Technology Introduction:
We integrate technological empowerment through intelligent risk assessment equipment, smart assistive devices, and empowerment exercise training systems to establish an innovative smart empowerment training model. The model enhances Post-Acute Care (PAC) and health promotion for older adults, supports the prevention and delay of age-related disabilities, and establishes the nation’s first demonstration site for delaying aging and reducing post-acute disabilities.
Industrial Applications:
Applicable to hospitals, Post-Acute Care (PAC) facilities, long-term care institutions, and community health promotion centers, the platform integrates a Smart Healthcare Information Platform with smart healthcare devices to support teaching, hands-on training, and professional education, while cultivating interdisciplinary professionals to meet the needs of the smart healthcare industry.
