Golf Data Integration and Real-Time Feedback System
Technology Introduction:
Through an indoor golf experience, this demonstration shows how swing, impact, and ball-flight data are generated in real time and transmitted to the sports data platform through APIs. Visitors can understand how venue-based equipment converts sports performance into analyzable data, supporting personal records, training feedback, and data authorization applications.
Industrial Applications:
The technology can start from TrackMan-based venues and expand to home indoor golf systems and other golf tracking devices. With our API, users can bring their golf data together in one personal journey dashboard, no matter which venue or device they use. They can review past records, track progress, get training feedback, and use the data for simulation and performance prediction.
Taiwan Institute of Sports Science
The Taiwan Institute of Sports Science (TISS), established in 2024 under the Ministry of Education’s Sports Administration, is a public nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting sports science research and applications and enhancing Taiwan’s international athletic competitiveness. TISS provides sports science support for national athletes’ training and competitions, conducts research and technology development in sports science, and assists Taiwan in achieving outstanding results in international events such as the Olympic Games, Asian Games, and World University Games. The institute includes three divisions—Sports Science Research, Sports Science Development, and Excellence Performance—responsible for training and testing development, technology application, data analysis, and tactical intelligence.
