Dynamic Informed Consent and Data Authorization System
Technology Introduction:
Developed by the Taiwan Institute of Sports Science, this system makes informed consent easier to manage. Users can sign consent forms online, keep track of their consent records, and connect their consent with sports data. Personal data is protected through de-identification and secure key encryption, helping ensure that sports data is used safely, legally, and responsibly.
Industrial Applications:
This system can be used by sports venues, associations, sports technology companies, wearable device providers, and data platforms as a foundation for data authorization and management. With e-consent, dynamic authorization, de-identification, and encryption protection, it helps reduce legal risks in data sharing and reuse, while supporting sports analysis, health services, AI training, and cross-organization collaboration.
