Making high mechanical property and high quality requirement aerospace aluminum casting is very difficult. There are only few foundries worldwide providing such kind of castings. The technology integrates low-pressure sand casting system to avoid gas hole and inclusion defects together with precision sand mold and casting simulation technique to achieve high strength, high precision and high quality requirement. Many large and complicated castings have been developed. Expect to develop more high requirement castings. By implementing this technology, we should take a place in aluiminum foundries worldwide in the near furture.
