Using normal temperature plasma technology to reduce feed anti-nutritional factors

Chicken feed consists of corn, soybean meal, other grains, nutritional supplements, and enzymes. However, the anti-nutritional factors in beans and grains are mainly , which can interfere with the secretion of various enzymes, resulting in poor absorption rate, and seriously affecting intestinal digestion and absorption. As a result, the utilization of protein by animals is reduced, resulting in growth restriction or even stagnation. At present, trypsin inhibitors are mainly removed by high temperature heating. However, high temperature treatment leads to protein denaturation, reducing protein and functional components and reducing nutritional value. To avoid the above shortcomings, the non-thermal processing technology - treatment of soybeans can inhibit anti-nutritional factors while retaining soybean nutrients, and achieve the effect of process optimization.
