Efficiency Boosting System for Computer Numerical Control Milling Machine Based on AI and Big Data Analytics
Milling Machine is the main produciton tool in manufacturing industry in Taiwan, and the feedrate of milling machine is the key factor when the cutting process is conducting. Therefore, how to optimize the efficiency of the cutting process without affecting the process, and at the same time take into account the stability of the resouces of the milling machine is a topic of current concern. In the past, milling machine programs and parameters mainly relied on the experience of engineers, however, it cause inconsistent cutting time because of the empirical difference and product variation. So this technique combine artificial intelligence, big data analysis and IoT sensors into a decision support system to solve the resouce waste and difference casue by artificial setting.
