Photoluminescence inspection systems for crystalline silicon solar cells
On this instrument, high power near infrared laser is used as light source; Diffraction Optical Element (DOE) is used to build a large area even light source; optical lenses are used to filter the intensive reflected signals of the incident light to separate the weak light emitting signals of the samples. A near infrared camera is used to capture the images. The human-machine interface of this instrument is written with C++ language and the database provided by the camera manufacturer. The interface includes image capturing, image processing and image evaluating, as well as saving the data into the database, etc.
