Solar photovoltaic is the new renewable energy source that is most likely to be included in the environmental fashion trend in the 21st century. The solar module is mainly used after the battery chip is welded by welding, the battery chip matrix is added with tempered glass, and the sandwich structure formed by sealing, and then the connector and the aluminum frame are called the solar module. In the frame part of the solar module, the material is mainly aluminum, but aluminum is not only expensive but also has durability corrosion problems. If the aluminum frame is insufficient in thickness, the strength of aluminum frame cannot meet the requirements, and the labor cost of cutting and assembling the aluminum frame is required.This technology lies in the development of a new type of solar cell module frame. In the selection of aluminum metal frame materials, glass plates are mainly used to replace fluorocarbon plastic bottom plates, composite materials are used to replace aluminum frames, and new module frames are designed to improve general solar cells. The corrosiveness of the modules has market demand in the coastal field, which is critical to the construction and development of solar cell green power plants in Taiwan. The project established a screening standard for border shaped extrusion materials and completed the development of domestically produced weathering materials and plastic frame. It will be put into mass production in the future
