This work follows the previous Smart Material project in PIDC to build technology platforms. The technology can control the interfacial viscosity of materials to solve the adhesion problem in the industry. We use thermal, light and mechanical energy as stimulators for the smart materials. The past years, the fundamental concepts of light/heat stimulators established in 104 and 105 years have been used to diversify stimulus sources, and in 106 years, we develop a self-healing material. The healing process is driven by surface interaction on the fracture surface of the material via hydrogen bonding.
The smart materials processing products can strengthen the scope of application by improvement of the characteristics of materials and different processing ways to apply for different areas of plastic materials. The establishment of technology hopes to replace imported products. In the future, this stage will provide broader product design and application categories in domestic industrial.
