The project plans to set up a chicken manure processing fertilizer production treatment model (for 60,000 hens). It will use automated processing technology to produce a high-quality granular chicken manure fertilizer. The model consists mainly of a grinder, a pelletizer, a heater, and electrical control equipment. The products can reduce volume, increase mass density, reduce odor and improve safety after processing treatment. The model can alleviate the problems of the disposal and elimination of chicken excrement, and create a new choice for the chicken manure removal pipeline in the poultry industry.
