2.Manufacturing technology of high-quality coffee leaf tea:Coffee leaves contain chlorogenic acid, which can be developed as a health drink for regulating metabolism. The coffee leaf tea made by this technology can increase the content of chlorogenic acid by 2~7 times, and the tea has a good flavor and palatability.
