Post-consumer recycled plastic bottles and containers are sorted, crushed, cleaned, and color-sorted according to their properties. The plastic flakes are melted and extruded into pellets using a pelletizer, and can be modified and colored based on customer needs. We have developed food-grade PCR materials that are certified by the U.S. FDA, making us one of the few global suppliers capable of providing four types of food-grade recycled materials. Our PS material is the first in Asia to receive food-grade certification. Through process optimization, the recycled plastic pellets meet higher safety standards, allowing customers to integrate them with confidence, reducing the use of virgin materials. Additionally, our ocean waste recycled products have passed the ocean waste traceability certification, transforming ocean waste such as Styrofoam boxes and fishing nets into reusable materials.
