Technology Introduction:
Through scientific research integration, ITRI establishes a hydrogen energy
industry development platform at Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City
to build the first demonstration and verification site for hydrogen production, transportation, storage and application.The park integrates MW-level renewable energy power, 100-kilowatt-level electrolysis hydrogen production systems, composite hydrogen energy/battery energy storage, distributed power generation and combustion heat applications, as well as hydrogen source recovery and purification applications, to fully present a demonstration and verification park for hydrogen energy production, transportation, storage, and utilization, helping the industry to chart a technical path and development blueprint for net zero emissions hydrogen energy.
Industry Applicability:
Providing one-stop technical services from materials, components to systems, we build the Shalun Hydrogen Energy R&D Center as an international renewable energy hydrogen composite energy storage demonstration base, integrating renewable energy power, composite hydrogen/battery energy storage systems, and fuel cell power generation systems, and cooperating with the Shalun field EMS to conduct field power dispatching, improve the flexibility of energy dispatching, and achieve a storage capacity of 500 kWh and an output power of 110 kW, promoting the establishment of a hydrogen energy industry chain and promoting domestic and international industrial technology exchanges and cooperative verification.
