The technology adopts the SLiM-SH430 new generation 3D sensing solution independently developed by Himax, equipped with the 3D depth decoding HV-II chip designed and developed by Himax, and the diffraction optical components specially designed and produced by Himax, which can be used indoors. In high and low light environments, it provides real-time depth sensing and 3D point cloud image generation with ultra-high resolution and accuracy of up to 210 frames per second (fps), with an error of only 0.3% of distance image information.
Because eye tracking requires accurate XYZ information of the left and right eyes so that the naked-eye 3D display can project images corresponding to the left and right eyes, and the high frame rate detection display can effectively avoid the effect of motion blur. In addition, low-latency graphics and computing power are required to respond instantly to the user’s rapid movement in front of the 3D screen.
