Advances in laser processing stand out with the advent of fiber lasers and ultrashort pulse lasers, therefore these lasers are applied in many fields. The purpose of this study is to develop more new laser processing for micro fabrication. It is shown about examples of the laser processing results of high-aspect-ratio micro drilling using a ultrashort pulse laser and a beam trepanning system, and cutting for CFRP using a fiber laser.
