Industrial Applications:
ITRI has innovated the "Diffractive-Refractive Hybrid Optical Micro-Structure Lens." Featuring a unique batwing light pattern, it expands the LED viewing angle to over 160°, precisely guiding the light and successfully reducing backlight module thickness by 31%.Taking a 14-inch panel as an example, this technology cuts Mini LED usage by 20% while boosting brightness uniformity from 65% to 85%. Having passed rigorous automotive-grade reliability tests, the technology enables mass production through "single-pass roll-to-roll lens molding," successfully integrating the domestic supply chain. For every 1 million units produced, it is estimated to reduce carbon emissions by over 10,000 tons of CO₂e annually, joining hands with the industry to redefine the future of low-carbon displays.
