High strength and weather resistant engineer plastic— Solar-powered plastic frame

Solar Photovoltaic Technology is the new renewable energy source that is most likely to be included in the environmental fashion trend in the 21st century. The frame part of the solar module is mainly used by aluminum, but aluminum is not only expensive but also has durability corrosion problems , and the high labor cost of cutting and assembling the aluminum frame is required. In replacing the aluminum metal frame material, Nylon materials are preferred because of their high strength properties. the project established a screening standard for border shaped extrusion materials and completed the development of domestically produced weathering materials and nylon plastic frame. It will be put into mass production in the future.
