Using VC devices as the core technology, we've developed a VC Lid for air-cooling/water-cooling and a VC boiler for immersion cooling. These innovations have boosted heat dissipation to over 750W, surpassing the average heat generation of current HPC chips by about two years. Additionally, the key designs and technologies demonstrated in this exhibition can be extended to create related cooling products, addressing thermal challenges in various HPC application fields.
