For high-speed AI computing, increasingly complex AI models require a huge amount of memory reading and writing, which limits the actual performance of traditional 2D chips. Therefore, we designed a 3D stack that integrates computing and storage to break through the memory access performance barrier and reduce access power consumption, becoming a low-power and high-performance chip solution.
