Major matters concerning the school affairs of our school are decided by the School Affairs Council, and various administrative measures are decided by the Executive Council. There are also committees for school affairs development, teacher evaluation, staff selection and assessment, teacher appeals review, student appeals review, student rewards and punishments, curriculum planning, school fund management, admissions, gender equality education, etc. to discuss school affairs development and safeguard the rights and interests of faculty, staff and students.   The university currently has seven colleges, including the College of Teacher Education, Humanities and Arts, Management, Agriculture, Science and Technology, Life Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, with 39 departments (40 department groups), four (all-English) master's degree programs, 43 master's classes (groups), 14 master's in-service classes (including EMBA), and seven doctoral classes (including one doctoral degree program). The administrative units that support and serve the above-mentioned teaching units include the Academic Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Office, the General Affairs Office, the Research and Development Office, the International Affairs Office, the Industry-Academic Operation and Promotion Office, the Library, the Computer Center, the Environmental Protection and Safety Management Center, the Secretary's Office, the Sports Room, the Accounting Office, the Personnel Office, and other 13 administrative units. The total number of faculty and staff is more than 850.   In addition, other affiliated administrative units include the Teacher Training Center that coordinates the entire school's educational programs, as well as the Language Center, Humanities and Arts Center, Agricultural Extension Center, Animal Experimental Field, Horticulture Skills Center, Bio-Mechatronics Practice Factory, Animal Hospital, etc.; other mission-organized school centers include: Agricultural Product Verification Center, Smart Agriculture Research Center, Food and Agriculture Industry Elite Teaching and Research Center; teaching service centers belonging to various colleges and departments include: Special Education Center, Special Education Teaching Research Center, Counseling and Business Department Family and Community Counseling Center, Counseling and Business Department Family Education Research Center , Taiwan Culture Research Center, E-commerce Research Center, Agricultural Business Management Research Center, Senior Management Research Center, Animal Product R&D and Promotion Center, Wood Material and Design Department Wood Utilization Factory, Digital Information Center, Civil Disaster Prevention Research Center, Automation Research Center, Civil and Water Resources Engineering Department Hydraulic Engineering and Materials Experimental Field, Industry Promotion Committee, Inspection Analysis and Technology Promotion Service Center, Microbiology Immunology and Biopharmaceutical Department Chinese Herbal Medicine and Microbial Utilization Development Center, Bioresources Department Biodiversity Center, Food Science Department Food Processing Factory, Yun-Chia-Nan Animal Disease Diagnosis Center, etc. The organizational system of the school is shown on the website .
