High Efficiency Recycling Color Purity Enhancement Film for Full Color Micro LEDs Displays
The blue wavelength emitted by the Micro LEDs wafer cannot fully absorb the incident wavelength when passing through the red and green quantum dots, resulting in poor color purity and color mixing problems. In this study, it is proposed to add a feedback color purity enhancement film above the color conversion layer to allow the red and green light of specific wavelengths to pass, and the light of the remaining wavelengths will be reflected back to the quantum dot color conversion layer for reabsorption and conversion. After the second feedback, a display with high efficiency and high color purity can be obtained.
